The process
04. Planning
Once we make it official, we will begin planning your engagement session. 2-4 months out from wedding day we will meet to discuss your wedding day timeline— I want to know how you want your wedding day to feel. If you have a planner or coordinator, we will discuss the timeline you created to ensure that we are all on the same page.
THE PROCESS
I work with a few different photographers as seconds. I always work with someone who has wedding experience and who I can trust to bring our vision for your wedding photos to life.
Who is your second photographer?
Yes! When you inquire, there will be links to various full galleries in the investment guide.
Can we see a full gallery?
You can expect at least 100 photos per hour that I am present.
How many images will we receive?
In the rare circumstance that I cannot attend your wedding, I would hire an associate to cover the wedding on my behalf. I would select a photographer who I trust would do a great job.
What happens if you cannot attend our wedding due to an emergency?
Each of my cameras has a dual card slot, so I am immediately making two identical copies of your wedding photos as I take them. After the wedding, I have your photos stored on two hard drives, and I wait to clear one of the SD card copies until your final gallery is delivered.
How do you back up our photos?
My contracted due date is 12 weeks from the wedding date, though on average galleries are delivered 8-10 weeks after the wedding date.
